1. Purpose of the Platform

TransAction Navigator is a transaction management and communication platform designed to help licensed real estate professionals organize information, track tasks, share documents, and improve client communication throughout a real estate transaction.

The platform is intended as a workflow and visibility tool only.

2. Broker Supervision & Professional Responsibiliy​

TransAction Navigator does not replace broker supervision, brokerage policies, licensing requirements, or professional judgment.

Agents and brokers remain fully responsible for:

• Supervising transactions

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Meeting brokerage and state licensing requirements

• Reviewing and approving all documents, timelines, and client communications

Use of the platform does not transfer or reduce these responsibilities.

3. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice​

TransAction Navigator does not provide legal, financial, tax, or brokerage advice.

Any summaries, explanations, or insights — including those generated by automated or AI-assisted features — are provided for informational purposes only and must not be relied upon as professional advice.

Agents are responsible for reviewing all documents and advising clients appropriately.

 

4. Client Portal Responsibilities​

By inviting a client to the platform, the agent acknowledges:

• They remain responsible for supervising the transaction

• Client access is informational only

• Clients should be directed to the agent or broker for questions regarding documents, deadlines, or obligation 
   

5. Agent Responsibilities

Agents are responsible for:

• Accuracy of data entered into the system

• Monitoring deadlines, contingencies, and milestones

• Ensuring required disclosures, documents, and compliance steps are completed

• Communicating clearly with clients and transaction parties

The platform does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or compliance without agent oversight.

 

6. Platform Availability

TransAction Navigator may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransAction Navigator shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the platform, including missed deadlines, document errors, compliance issues, or reliance on platform-generated information.
